New York, New York!

Whats the big deal about New York? I've lived in upstate NY my entire life. For the first time ever, I am going to New York CITY!! That's a big deal! No... if Tom was here, he'd tell you...that's huge, HUGE I tell ya!

Four of us are going, my friend and I and our two daughters.
Seriously, I can't wait! This has been a dream of mine for years. I can't wait to see the busy streets, tall skyscrapers, and all the lights!

It was originally planned as just a day trip but evolved into an over nighter!
Sightseeing and shopping all day. Sipping sex on the beach and shots of slippery nipples, sitting in our hotel room, looking out over the city at night. Oh yeah!

I can't leave with out mentioning my latest Etsy purchase! I received the cutest Flipflop - Key Chain Lip Balm holders in the mail today! They are so cool, I love mine! I had to get one for my daughter too, she is going to flip (no pun intended) when she sees hers. She is a HUGE flipflop lover! Here, see for yourself, these are from MindysEmbroidery.

Not only does she have the coolest Embroidery on etsy, but she is fast! I ordered them and "Bang" they were on their way!

Happy 4th of July!

What a beautiful day for the 4th of July! I stepped away from everything for the entire day! No house cleaning, no kids, no computer, no crafting and no etsy! Oh my, did I just say that?
Sometimes you just need to take a day off and what a perfect day it was.

I spent a few hours at the golf course with my friend. The first nine....not so good. Shot a 51, but I am using the excuse, that I didn't have my own clubs, I had to use my son-in-laws clubs. But by the second nine, my husband showed up with my clubs and I went out and shot a 41! I tied my best score ever, which was also a 41, but thats when I got my Hole In One! Now if I can do the for the club championship, I'll have it in the bag!

Later a bunch of us went out on the boat, floated around and went swimming. Ok!..I watched everyone else swim. I have this thing about needing to see the bottom in order for me to get in the water. I guess I watched to many JAWS movies or something, lol.

Later in the evening we had a cook out at my sister-in-laws. Drank White Russians, tasty good!
The neighbors came over and lit off fireworks once it got dark. I couldn't ask for a better day!
I wish everyday was the 4th of July!!
I hope all of yours was as safe and enjoyable as mine!

Guess who made it in a treasury??

ME!! Yup, I made it into a treasury for the very first time! Is that not the coolest thing ever!?! I mean, when you browse through etsy, there are a gajillion designers out there doing what I do. So I know the chances of being in a treasury are slim to none. I have bragging rights so you know I have to show a screen shot!

Getting Started

Well here I am, 11:35 at night attempting to set up my new blog. Already its a challenge. It took me 20 minutes just to figure out how to compose my first post....hmmm, not a good sign.

I plan on using this blog to show off some of my etsy favorite sellers and their amazing work! I am a color junky and I love unique stuff. Where else but etsy can I find such an abundance of color and uniqueness, eh?
